About modification of some Orders of the Government (consolidation and increase in efficiency of activities of the Ministry of infrastructure and regional development)

Based on Item b) article 7 of the Law No. 136/2017 on the Government (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 252, the Art. 412), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve changes which are made to some orders of the Government (are applied).

2. To the ministry of infrastructure and regional development in two-month time from the effective date of this resolution to submit to the Government for approval, in case of need, the corresponding changes made to structure and organigramma of subordinated administrative authorities in the context of reducing their extreme number of staff.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
