Based on the item d) h (2) Art. 7 of the Law on the electric power No. 107/2016, of the item b) h (2) Art. 9 of the Law on heat energy and promotion of cogeneration No. 92/2014 and h (6-1) Art. 16 of the Law on power No. 174/2017, according to Methodology of calculation, approval and use of regulated prices and rates for production of electrical and heat energy, for services in distribution and delivery of the heat energy approved by the Resolution of the NARE Administrative board No. 396 of 1:11. 2019, according to Item 7.2 of the Order of the Commission on emergency situations of the Republic of Moldova No. 30 of 13:07. 2022, according to requests of JSC Termoelectrica No. 79/984 of June 21 2022, No. 79/1513 of September 27, 2022 and to reasons for Department of natural gas and heat energy of NARE, DECIDES: Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power

1. Approve the price of production of the electrical energy released from combined heat and power plants of JSC Termoelectrica in the amount of 454 baths/kW of the h (excluding VAT).

2. Approve rate for the heat energy released to consumers of JSC Termoelectrica in the amount of 2 854 lei/Gcal (excluding VAT).

3. Declare invalid the Resolution of the NARE Administrative board No. 33 of 28.01.2022 about price approval on production of electrical energy and rate for the heat energy released to consumers of AO "Termoelectrica".

4. This resolution becomes effective since October 1, 2022.

5. This resolution can be appealed in the publishing body within 30 days from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
