About the certificate of National Anti-doping Agency organization

1. Approve the Instruction about procedure for certification of National Anti-doping Agency organization it (is applied).
2. This resolution becomes effective since July 1, 2023.

1. This Instruction establishes procedure for issue to the physical person performing drug test, certificates of National Anti-doping Agency organization (further if other is not established, – the certificate).
2. The certificate is the official document confirming powers of the physical person performing drug test (further – person performing drug test).
The certificate is valid for the territories of the Republic of Belarus and is issued for accomplishment by person performing drug test, appropriate authority on implementation of drug test based on the employment or civil contract concluded by National Anti-doping Agency organization with this person.
3. The form of the certificate belongs to forms of documents with certain degree of protection and is made based on orders of National Anti-doping Agency organization in form according to appendix 1.
4. The certificate represents the book in firm leather cover of dark blue color of 65 x 100 mm in size with two inserts of 63 x 97 mm in size everyone.
