About change of the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of November 15, 2019 No. 114

Based on subitem 8.10 of Item 8 of the Regulations on National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 26, 2008 No. 445, National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in the Instruction on the organization and carrying out selective state statistical observation of the prices and rates for consumer goods and the paid services rendered to the population, approved by the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of November 15, 2019 No. 114, the following changes:

the fourteenth Item 2 to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"goods (service) - the representative – the specific goods (service) relating to certain type of goods (service) which in limits of set of this type of goods (services) can differ in insignificant features (details) which are not influencing quality and the main consumer properties;";

in Item 8:

state part one in the following edition:

"8. Forming of sample of the basic organizations is performed in case of combination of methods of probabilistic and directed selections.";

after part one to add Item with part of the following content:

"In each city join in sample of the basic organizations:

legal entities (separate divisions of legal entities) performing sales of goods (rendering services) on regular basis in shopping facilities, objects of public catering, trade places in the markets, objects in which paid services are rendered to the population;

the individual entrepreneurs performing the retail trade, public catering rendering paid services to the population.";

the first offer of part three of Item 10 to state in the following edition:
