1. Approve the Instruction about procedure for determination of type of construction activities and the name of construction object it (is applied).
2. This resolution becomes effective since December 15, 2022.

1. This Instruction establishes procedure for reference of works to the following types of construction activities: to construction, reconstruction, upgrade, technical upgrade, repair of construction object, and also procedure for determination of the name of construction object.
2. For the purposes of this Instruction the terms "construction", "capital repairs", "upgrade", "reconstruction", "running repair", "technical upgrade" are used in the values determined respectively by subitems 1. 6, 1.32, 1.38, 1.63, 1.83, 1.85 of Item 1 of article 1 of the Code of the Republic of Belarus on architectural, town-planning and construction activities.
