Article 1

Bring in the Law of the Russian Federation of January 14, 1993 No. 4292-I "About perpetuating of memory of the dead in case of protection of the Fatherland" (Sheets of the Congress of People's Deputies of the Russian Federation and the Supreme Council of the Russian Federation, 1993, No. 7, Art. 245; Russian Federation Code, 2004, No. 35, Art. 3607; 2021, No. 18, Art. 3063) following changes:

Complexity of holding actions for exhumation of remains of the dead in case of protection of the Fatherland is determined by authorized body of the government of the subject of the Russian Federation taking into account geographical and climatic features of the subject of the Russian Federation, the area of unknown military burial, quantity of the found unburied remains and other factors.".

This Federal Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
