Operation of the ocean ship with a gross tonnage of 300 and more in case of lack of the certificate on insurance or about other financial provision of responsibility for removal of the sunken vessel according to the international treaty of the Russian Federation on removal of sunken vessels -

attracts imposing of administrative penalty on citizens at the rate from three thousand to five thousand rubles; on persons performing business activity without formation of legal entity - from three thousand to five thousand rubles; on legal entities - from ten thousand to twenty thousand rubles.";

5) in Article 23.36:

a) regarding 1 figure "11.6, 11.7" to replace with figures "11.6 - 11.6.3, 11.7";

b) in part 2:

in Item 2 of figure "11.6, 11.7" to replace with figures "11.6 - 11.6.3, 11.7";

Article 2

1. This Federal Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication, except for item 4 of article 1 of this Federal Law.

2. The item 4 of article 1 of this Federal Law becomes effective since March 1, 2023.
