Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 30, 2016 No. 992 "About the conclusion of international treaties of the Russian Federation concerning encouragement and protection of investments" (The Russian Federation Code, 2016, No. 41, the Art. 5836).

Changes which are made to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 30, 2016 No. 992

1. State Item 2 in the following edition:

"2. Determine that when carrying out outside the Russian Federation of negotiations on the conclusion of international treaties concerning encouragement and protection of investments expenses on sending of representatives of federal executive bodies, and also the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation as a part of the delegations headed by the representative of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation are made at the expense of means of these federal executive bodies and the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation respectively.".

2. In the Regulations of the conclusion of international treaties of the Russian Federation concerning encouragement and protection of investments approved by the specified resolution:

a) state Item 2 in the following edition:
