Determine that when carrying out outside the Russian Federation of negotiations on the conclusion of international treaties concerning encouragement and protection of investments expenses on sending of representatives of federal executive bodies, and also the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation as a part of the delegations headed by the representative of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation are made at the expense of means of these federal executive bodies and the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation respectively.

3. Recognize invalid:
