About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 16, 2016 No. 170
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 16, 2016 No. 170 "About approval of the Procedure for import, the first delivery and target use of the goods determined by part eight of Article 287 of the Customs code of Ukraine for use in production of defense appointment" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 23, the Art. 907) changes which are applied.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication.

1. In the resolution:
The word of "products" to replace 1) in the name and Item 1 with the word of "goods";
2) in Item 2:
in paragraph one:
"fiscal" to replace the word with the word "customs";
shall be replaced with words words of "economic development and trade" "concerning strategic industries";
to replace the word of "products" with the word of "goods";
in the paragraph the second words of "the state customers" shall be replaced with words "the state customers in the field of defense".
2. To state procedure for import, the first delivery and target use of the goods determined by part eight of Article 287 of the Customs code of Ukraine for use in production of defense appointment in the following edition:
