About introduction of amendments to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 3, 2008 No. 777 and of June 17, 2020 No. 507

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 3, 2008 No. 777 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2008 No. 68, Art. 2266; 2019, No. 97, the Art. 3202) and of June 17, 2020 No. 507 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2020, No. 52, the Art. 1628) changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 3, 2008 No. 777 and of June 17, 2020 No. 507

1. To add Item 33 of the Procedure for carrying out competitive selection of heads of subjects of managing of the public sector of economy approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 3, 2008 No. 777, after paragraph one with the new paragraph of the following content:

"In case of need in connection with introduction in Ukraine of warlike situation the committee on appointments can make the decision on modification of requirements to the applicant for position of the member of the supervisory board and return to the previous stages of selection.".

With respect thereto to consider paragraph two the paragraph third.

2. To add item 4 of the Regulations on Department of Energy of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 17, 2020 No. 507, with subitem 59-1 of the following content:
