About introduction of amendments to the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 18

1. Bring in the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 18 "About work of bank system during introduction of warlike situation" (with changes) the following changes:

1) in Item 12:

state subitem 1-1 in the following edition:

"1-1) purchases by clients of bank metals with physical delivery in branches, departments of banks.

Banks perform transactions on sale to clients of bank metals with physical delivery within remaining balance of bank metals in cash desk of bank as of August 19, 2022. In addition to this remaining balance join:

the amount of exceeding of purchase of bank metals with physical delivery over amount of their sales behind all bank metals with physical delivery, is calculated in troy ounces on everyone metal separately since August 19, 2022 and during the next operational/working days;

amount of bank metals which were purchased (which payment is performed) till August 19, 2022 and are credited in cash desk after this date;";

to add the subitem 4 after figure "9" with figures ", 23";
