About approval of Changes in Regulations on procedure for forming and storage of required reserves by banks of Ukraine and branches of foreign banks in Ukraine

According to Articles 6, of 7, of 15, of 25, of 26, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", for the purpose of increase in efficiency of regulation of the monetary market during warlike situation of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decide:

1. Approve Changes in Regulations on procedure for the forming and storage of required reserves by banks of Ukraine and branches of foreign banks in Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of December 11, 2014 No. 806 (with changes) which are applied.

2. To department of the public markets (Alexey Lupin) after official publication to inform banks of Ukraine information on adoption of this resolution.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the vice-chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine Yury Geletiya.

4. The resolution becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day.
