About modification and amendments in some orders of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1 Approve the enclosed list of some orders of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan to which changes and additions are made.

2. To provide to department of digitalization of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on official Internet resource of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Department of legal service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising deputy minister of foreign affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

In the order of the acting minister of foreign affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 14, 2016 No. 11-1-2/262 "About approval of Rules of accounting of the persons who are citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan, constantly living outside the Republic of Kazakhstan, the foreigners wishing to adopt orphan children, children without parental support who are citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 13958):

"According to Item 3 of article 89 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About scrap (matrimony) and family" and the subitem 1) of article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the state services" I ORDER:";

2. In the order of the acting minister of foreign affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 6, 2017 No. 11-1-2/576 "About approval of Rules of legalization of documents" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 16116):

"According to the subitem 1) of article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the state services" and with Item 62 of the Consular charter of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 25, 2016 No. 240 I ORDER:";

in Rules of legalization of the documents approved by the specified order:

state Item 1-1 in the following edition:

"1-1. These rules regulate procedure for rendering the state service "Legalization of Documents" (further – the state service) according to article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the state services.";

"18-1. In case of identification of the basis for refusal in rendering the state service the service provider informs uslugopoluchatel within two calendar days on the provisional solution about refusal for provision of opportunity to express to uslugopoluchatel line item according to the provisional solution in rendering the state service, and also time, date and the place, method of carrying out hearing.

The notification on hearing goes at least in three working days prior to completion of term of rendering the state service. Hearing is carried out no later than two working days from the date of the notification.
