About application of anti-dumping measure by means of introduction of anti-dumping duty concerning the steel maple latches coming from People's Republic of China and imported on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union

Apply anti-dumping measure by means of introduction of anti-dumping duty in sizes according to appendix No. 1 to the steel maple latches with a nominal diameter from 50 to 1 000 mm imported on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union inclusive, on nominal pressure from 16 to 250 kgfs/cm2 inclusive, 8481 80 632 0 and 8481 80 639 0 CN FEA EEU coming from People's Republic of China and classified by codes 8481 80 631 0,, having established effective period of this anti-dumping measure of 5 years.

2. Determine that the anti-dumping duty provided by this Decision is not paid concerning this Solution of the goods made by Neway Valve producer (Suzhou) Co specified in Item 1., Ltd., in the presence at the customs applicant of such goods on registration date of the declaration on goods of the manufacturer's certificate of origin in form according to appendix No. 2, the specified producer signed by the authorized employee and such producer assured by seal, and in case of the statement of data on such certificate in the declaration on goods in case of its giving to customs authority.
