Bring in appendix to the Procedure for determination of payment terms of services and compensation for expenses of members of the supervisory boards of the state unitary enterprises and economic societies in which authorized capital more than 50 percent of shares (shares) belong to the state, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of July 4, 2017 No. 668 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2017, No. 73, of Art. 2246; 2020, No. 22, Art. 803; 2021, No. 35, Art. 2084), following changes:

to state the name of the column "annual net income from sales of products (goods, works, services) of the company, partnerships (one thousand hryvnias) according to the last annual financial reporting (one thousand hryvnias)" in the following edition: "annual net income from sales of products (goods), works, services) the companies, societies / total income of bank ** (one thousand hryvnias) according to the last annual financial reporting";

add appendix with footnote "* *" the following content:
