About modification of the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of September 22, 2015 No. 122

1. Bring in the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of September 22, 2015 No. 122 "About approval of the Procedure for functioning of systems of electronic passports of vehicles (electronic passports of the chassis of vehicles) and electronic passports of self-propelled machines and other types of the equipment" the following changes:

a) in Item 2:

"c) execution of passports of self-propelled machines and other types of the equipment according to single form of the passport of the self-propelled machine and other types of the equipment and the Procedure for filling of single form of the passport of the self-propelled machine and other types of the equipment approved by the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of August 18, 2015 No. 100 is allowed (further - single form):

in the Russian Federation - till November 1, 2022 inclusive;

in the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Kazakhstan - till March 31, 2023 inclusive;

in the Republic of Armenia and the Kyrgyz Republic - till May 31, 2023 inclusive;";

add with the subitem "zh" of the following content:

"g) since April 1, 2023:

the self-propelled machines and other types of the equipment made in state members and (or) released in state members after March 31, 2023 are registered in the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation only in the presence of the electronic passports which are drawn up according to Procedure;
