1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning implementation of purchases of goods, works, services for ensuring the state and municipal needs and purchases of goods, works, services with separate types of legal entities.

2. Determine that:

provisions of Items 2 and 4 of the changes approved by this resolution are applied to the relations connected with implementation of purchases of goods, works, services invitations to take part in which are sent or agreements when implementing which are signed (if when implementing purchase the direction of the invitation to take part in purchase is not provided), since January 1, 2023;

provisions of Item of 5 changes approved by this resolution are applied to the relations connected with implementation of purchases of goods, works, services invitations to take part in which are sent or agreements when implementing which are signed (if when implementing purchase the direction of the invitation to take part in purchase is not provided), after day of entry into force of this resolution.

3. Items 1 - 4 changes approved by this resolution become effective since January 1, 2023.

The Item of 6 changes approved by this resolution becomes effective since April 1, 2023.
