About modification and amendments in Regulations of the Senate of Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan
According to Item 2 of article 14 of the Constitutional law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the status of his deputies" the Senate of Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. Make changes and additions to the Regulations of the Senate of Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the Resolution of the Senate of Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 8, 1996 according to appendix to this Resolution.
2. Changes and amendments in Regulations of the Senate of Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan determining procedure for adoption of the constitutional laws and laws become effective since January 1, 2023.
3. This Resolution becomes effective from the date of its acceptance taking into account provision of Item 2 of this Resolution.
