To anti-monopoly service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan in case of change of average size of the electricity tariff by adoption of the corresponding order to determine adjustment coefficient to electricity tariffs according to which the Open joint-stock holding company of "Barka Tochik" and Shabakakhoi Intikol Bark Open joint stock company render services to Shabakakhoi Taksimot Bark Open joint stock company.

5. Recognize invalid the orders of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of June 22, 2019 as No. 329 "About rates for electrical and heat energy" and of April 27, 2022 No. 210 "About rates for production and transmission of electricity".
