For the purpose of implementation of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About law-enforcement service" I DECIDE:

1. Approve enclosed:

1) text of the Oath of law enforcement officers of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) the text of the Oath of staff of the bodies of civil protection performing functions according to the prevention and liquidation of emergency situations of natural and technogenic nature, rendering emergency medical and psychological assistance to the population;

3) text of the Oath of staff of the public courier service of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

4) the Rule of bringing of the Oath by the law enforcement officers, bodies of civil protection performing functions according to the prevention and liquidation of emergency situations of natural and technogenic nature, rendering emergency medical and psychological assistance to the population and the public courier service of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. Recognize invalid some presidential decrees of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix to this Decree.

3. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its signing.
