1. Approve Regulations on procedure of payments of shares in condominium it (is applied).

2. This resolution becomes effective on January 29, 2023.

Regulations on procedure of payments of shares in condominium

I. General provisions

1. The regulations on procedure of payments of shares in condominium (further - the Provision) establish procedure of payments of share in the right of the common property (further - share) belonging to each owner in condominium.

2. This Provision is applied when calculating shares in the existing buildings constituting condominiums. In case of (future) real estate under construction calculation of shares will be perfromed after creation of the act of final acceptance before registration in the real estate register.

3. The procedure of payments of shares is single for all owners having the identical rights irrespective of purpose of unit.

4. Share is equal to the relation between total area of unit and the amount of total areas of all units in condominium. Share is expressed as a percentage with rounding to the 100-th. The amount of all shares shall equal to 100 percent.
