About some questions of acquisition of citizenship of the Russian Federation

1. Approve enclosed:

a) Procedure for giving by persons who acquired citizenship of the Russian Federation as a result of recognition by their citizens of the Russian Federation, the statement for issue of the passport of the citizen of the Russian Federation;

b) Procedure for filing of application about recognition of the child who did not reach age of 14 years, the citizen of the Russian Federation;

c) Procedure for giving and accounting of statements for unwillingness to consist in citizenship of Ukraine.

2. Determine that recognition of the incapacitated person which reached age of 14 years by the citizen of the Russian Federation is performed based on the application for issue of the passport of the citizen of the Russian Federation to incapacitated person submitted by his legal representative.

3. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
