Bring in Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 18, 2007 No. 950 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2007, No. 54, Art. 2180; 2011, No. 88, Art. 3199; 2014, No. 24, Art. 735; 2015, No. 44, Art. 1396; 2016, No. 65, Art. 2192; 2020, No. 6, Art. 273, No. 73, Art. 2319; 2021, No. 1, Art. 46; 2022, No. 11, the Art. 583), changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. § 14 to state Item 2 paragraph two in the following edition:

"In case of introduction in Ukraine or in its certain areas of warlike situation cabinet meetings are held in the day determined by the Prime Minister and time.".

2. In § 17:

1) the first offer of paragraph one of Item 1 after the words "and in case of holding emergency meeting" to add with the words "and/or holding meeting during introduction in Ukraine or in its certain areas of warlike situation";

Item 3 to add 2) with the paragraph of the following content:

"Requirements of this Item can not be applied in case of introduction in Ukraine or in its certain areas of warlike situation.".

3. § 26-1 to add Item 6 with the paragraph of the following content:
