Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 9, 2020 No. 1109 "Some questions of objects of critical infrastructure" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2020, No. 93, Art. 2994; 2022, No. 4, the Art. 208, No. 72, the Art. 4364) changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 9, 2020 No. 1109

1. In the resolution:

1) in the prolog of the word and figure of "part two of article 6 of the Law of Ukraine "On the basic principles of ensuring cyber security of Ukraine" shall be replaced with words also in figures "Article parts one 8, of part three of Article 9 and part four of article 10 of the Law of Ukraine "About critical infrastructure";

Paragraphs two and third to state 2) to the deciding part in the following edition:

"Procedure for reference of objects to critical infrastructure;

list of sectors of critical infrastructure;".

2. To state the procedure for reference of objects to objects of critical infrastructure approved by the specified resolution in the following edition:

"No. 1109 is approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 9, 2020

(in edition of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 16, 2022 No. 1384)
