To transfer the assignments provided to the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation in the federal budget for 2007 on the subsection "Migration policy" of the Section "Homeland Security and Law-enforcement Activities" of functional classification of budgets expenses of the Russian Federation, in the amounts necessary for payment provided by this resolution of monthly allowance in accordance with the established procedure to the Federal Migration Service for implementation of the specified payment.
