About interest payment for use of bank loans
Based on the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of May 16, 2019 "About the organizations of cement industry" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 181
1. Pay in 2023 at the expense of the means of the republican budget provided on other questions in the field of the industry, constructions and architecture in the expense limits determined in the budget for the specified financial year on these purposes, interest for using the loans granted by open joint stock companies "Belarusbank savings bank and "Development Bank of the Republic of Belarus" to Belarusian Cement Works, Krichevtsementnoshifer and Krasnoselskstroymaterialy open joint stock companies (further – the organizations of cement industry) according to appendix:
in Belarusian rubles, – in the amount of rate on the credit, but no more than 100 percent of the refunding rate of National Bank which developed taking into account its change during charge of percent;
in US dollars and euro, – in the amount of rate on the credit, but no more than 7 annual interest rates with payment in Belarusian rubles on the official rate of National Bank established on payment date.
Interest payment according to part one of this Item is made based on "Belarusbank savings bank and "Development Bank of the Republic of Belarus" of data on the amounts provided by the organizations of cement industry to the Ministry of Finance and approved with open joint stock companies added and subject to interest payment for use of the credits.
2. Conditions of rendering the state support provided in Item 1 of this resolution, and also person on whom the personal responsibility for their accomplishment is conferred are determined in Items 11 and 14 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of May 16, 2019 No. 181.
