1. Resolve banks of the second level of the Republic of Kazakhstan export from the Republic of Kazakhstan of cash Russian rubles.
2. To the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan (under approval) to take necessary measures for realization of Item 1 of this resolution.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing and is effective within sixty calendar days.
