About establishment of rates of export customs duties
Based on the paragraph of third Item 7 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 5, 2021 "About establishment of rates of export customs duties" and for the purpose of prevention of deficit of forest products and products of woodworking in the Republic of Belarus the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 305
1. Establish till December 31, 2023 rates of export customs duties on the forest products and products of woodworking which are exported from the territory of the Republic of Belarus out of limits of customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union according to appendix.
2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2023.
