About normative financing of expenses of public institutions of social servicing

Based on part two of Item 3 of Article 87-1 of the Budget code of the Republic of Belarus the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Approve Regulations on procedure for planning of expenses of local budgets on functioning of public institutions of social servicing it (is applied).

2. Determine that:

2.1. the standard rate of expenses on:

accommodation of citizens in the public institutions of social servicing performing stationary social servicing (further – social boarding houses), per one koyko-day (further – the standard rate for social boarding houses) constitutes 36, 03 rubles;

rendering services to citizens in the territorial centers of social servicing of the population (further, unless otherwise specified, – the territorial centers) counting on one serviced (further – the standard rate for the territorial centers) constitutes 2151 rubles a year;

rendering services to citizens in the territorial centers of social servicing of the population for activity constitutes "Ensuring the round-the-clock stay of citizens of advanced age and disabled people" per one koyko-day (further – the standard rate for OKP) 25, the 8th ruble;

rendering services to citizens in public institution "Minsk city center of social servicing of family and children" (further – the Minsk center of family) counting on one serviced (further – the standard rate for the Minsk center of family) constitutes 2682 rubles a year;

rendering services to citizens in "Gomel City Center of Social Servicing of Family and Children" organization (further – the Gomel center of family) counting on one serviced (further – the standard rate for the Gomel center of family) constitutes 2272, the 7th ruble a year;
