1. Make changes to the state sanitary and anti-epidemic rules and regulations according to the address with medical waste approved by the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of June 8, 2015 No. 325, registered on August 7, 2015 at No. 959/27404, having been reworded as follows them which is applied the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

2. Approve Changes in some regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine which are attached.

3. Declare invalid subitem 1.2 of Item 1 of the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of May 25, 2000 No. 120 "About enhancement of the organization of medical care by the patient HIV infection/AIDS", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 14, 2000 for No. 819/5040".

4. To provide (Chernenko L. M.) to public institution "Center of public health of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine":

1) coordination and information and advisory support of healthcare institutions and organizations of public health for the organization of the address with medical waste;
