About modification of some regulations

This law shifts Regulations (EU) No. 223/2009 of the European Parliament and Soveta of March 11, 2009 of rather European statistics and about cancellation of Regulations (the EU, Evrat) No. 1101/2008 of the European Parliament and Soveta about data transmission on condition of respect for their confidentiality to Statistical bureau of the European communities, Regulations (EU) Soveta's No. 322/97 about statistics of Community and the Decision 89/382/EEC, Evrat Soveta about organization of Committee on statistical programs of the European communities (the text extends to the EEA and Switzerland) published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 087 of March 31, 2009 with the last changes made by Regulations (EU) No. 2015/759 of the European Parliament and Soveta of April 29, 2015.

Art. I. - In the Law on official statistics No. 93/2017 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, Art. No. 216-228, 349), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. In part (Article 1 of the word "representing the individual, generalized and administrative data for the purposes of statistics." shall be replaced with words 2) "and also on suppliers of data.".

2. In Article 3:
