Establish from January 1 to June 30, 2023 inclusive the tariff quota on export out of limits of the territory of the Russian Federation to the states which are not members of the Eurasian Economic Union, waste and scrap of ferrous metals (codes of the CN FEA EEU 7204 10 000 0, 7204 30 000 0, 7204 41 100 0, 7204 41 910 0, 7204 41 990 0, 7204 49 100 0, 7204 49 300 0, 7204 49 900 0 and 7204 50 000 0) who are exported according to customs procedure of export in the total volume of 600000 tons (further respectively - waste and scrap of ferrous metals, the tariff quota).
