2. Provide to the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation production of forms of the state certificate on the maternity (family) capital.

3. To make to the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation in coordination with the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation explanations on application of the Rules approved by this resolution.

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication and extends to the legal relationship which arose since January 1, 2007.
