About the trade missions of the Kyrgyz Republic under the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic in foreign states

For the purpose of increase in efficiency of foreign economic activity and ensuring protection of the external economic interests of the Kyrgyz Republic in foreign states, according to article 28 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About state regulation of foreign trade activity in the Kyrgyz Republic", article 6 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About diplomatic service of the Kyrgyz Republic", being guided by articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic", the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Found the trade missions of the Kyrgyz Republic under the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic in People's Republic of China, the Republic of Turkey and the Republic of Uzbekistan.

2. Approve the Procedure for organization of the trade missions of the Kyrgyz Republic under the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic in foreign states according to appendix 1.

3. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Provision, the description and sample of diplomatic and office passports of the Kyrgyz Republic" of July 12, 2011 No. 384 the following changes:

in the Regulations on diplomatic and office passports of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:

- add Item 9 with the subitem 12 of the following content:

"12) to the sales representative, the regional sales representative, members of their families (the spouses/spouse, children who did not reach age of 18 years).";
