Assign to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic ensuring functions on coordination and interaction of bodies executive and legislature in questions of the international activities for the purpose of achievement of unity of foreign policy in accomplishment of the international obligations of the Kyrgyz Republic in full.
3. To impose control of execution of this Decree on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic.
4. This Decree becomes effective from the date of signing.
