About introduction of amendments to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 9, 2022 No. 236 and of September 10, 2022 No. 1006

1. Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 9, 2022 No. 236 "Some questions of customs clearance of the separate goods imported on customs area of Ukraine during action of warlike situation" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 25, the Art. 1318, No. 74, the Art. 4485) and of September 10, 2022 No. 1006 "Some questions of customs payment in case of import to customs area of Ukraine of goods of defense appointment" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 74, the Art. 4485) changes which are applied.
2. Determine that the payment deferral of customs payments made for 90 calendar days according to Item 1 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 10, 2022 No. 1006 "Some questions of customs payment in case of import to customs area of Ukraine of goods of defense appointment" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 74, the Art. 4485) before entry into force of this resolution, can be prolonged for 90 calendar days based on the written application of the taxpayer submitted to customs authority, which performed such delay.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication.
