About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in spheres of notariate and state registration

1. Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in spheres of notariate and state registration the enclosed changes.

2. To the technical administrator of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, physical persons - entrepreneurs and public forming within two months to take the measures necessary for ensuring identification of person wishing to receive data from the specified register with use of means of electronic identification with average or high level of credibility.

3. This resolution becomes effective since December 26, 2022.

According to the procedure of implementation by the Ministry of Justice of control of activities in the field of state registration of the corporeal rights to real estate and their encumbrances and state registration of legal entities, physical persons - entrepreneurs and public forming, No. 990 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 21, 2016 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2017, No. 2, Art. 47; 2020, No. 3, Art. 134; 2021, No. 9, Art. 407, No. 53, Art. 3277):
