The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve enclosed:

Procedure for treasurer servicing of means of obligatory national pension insurance, compulsory national social insurance in connection with temporary disability and obligatory national social insurance from labor accident and occupational disease which entailed disability;

Procedure for treasurer servicing of fund of obligatory national social insurance on unemployment case.

2. Determine that:

during processing in electronic payment system of National Bank of the payment instructions created for the purpose of financing by the Pension fund of Ukraine of insurers for implementation of insurance payments for obligatory national social insurance in connection with temporary disability and obligatory national social insurance from labor accident and occupational disease which entailed disability the payment for settlement and information servicing is not levied;

before approval of the budget of the Pension fund of Ukraine for 2023 monthly financing expenses of the administrative expenses connected with accomplishment of the functions assigned to bodies of the Pension fund of Ukraine (administrative, organizational management expenses, expenses on informatization), cannot exceed 1/12 corresponding appointments provided by budgets of the Pension fund and Social Insurance Fund for 2022 totally.

3. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.

4. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2023.
