About the tariff quota on import in 2023 of separate types of long-grain rice

Based on subitem 1.1 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 5, 2016 "About state regulation of foreign trade activity" and Decisions of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of August 16, 2022 No. 118 "About establishment for 2023 of amounts of the tariff quota concerning separate types of the long-grain rice coming from the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and imported in the territory of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union" Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 124

1. To the ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade:

1.1. perform till February 10, 2023 distribution of 70 percent of amount of the tariff quota to import in 2023 of separate types of the long-grain rice classified by codes 1006 30 670 1 and 1006 30 980 1 of the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union (further – the CN FEA EEU) coming from the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, imported on the territory of the Republic of Belarus and placed under customs procedure of release for internal consumption (further – the tariff quota), between participants of foreign trade activity is pro rata to amounts of the long-grain rice classified by codes 1006 30 670 and 1006 30 980 of the CN FEA EEU occurring and imported by them from the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on the territory of the Republic of Belarus in 2020-2022;

1.2. perform till November 30, 2023 distribution of 30 percent of amount of the tariff quota based on statements of participants of foreign trade activity according to the procedure of priority of receipt of statements.
