I ORDER:
1. Bring in the order of the acting minister on investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 28, 2016 No. 120 "About approval of Rules of provision in use of the cable sewerage" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 13328) the following change:
Rules of provision in use of the cable sewerage approved by the specified order to be reworded as follows according to appendix to this order.
2. Bring in the order of the acting minister of digital development, innovations and the aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 29, 2019 No. 180/Tax Code "About Approval of Rules of Implementation of Activities by Subjects of Natural Monopolies" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 19118) the following changes and amendments:
in Rules of implementation of the activities by subjects of natural monopolies approved by the specified order:
