According to Item 10 parts one, parts six of article 12 of the Law of Ukraine "About system of guaranteeing household deposits" the Executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits solved:

1. Approve Changes in Regulations on procedure of payments, charges and payments of charges in Fund of the guaranteeing household deposits approved by the decision of executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of July 02, 2012 No. 1, No. 1273/21585, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 27, 2012 which are applied.

2. To provide to department of methodology and strategic planning together with legal support department this decision to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for state registration.

3. For public relations and the international organizations to provide to management placement of this decision on the official page of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits on the Internet after its state registration.

4. This decision becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day.

5. Control over the implementation of this decision to assign to the deputy managing director Bilay of A. S.
