RESOLUTION OF BOARD OF THE NATIONAL BANK OF UKRAINE

of December 20, 2022 No. 245

About approval of Changes in Rules of application of the list of the documents which are formed in activities of the National Bank of Ukraine and banks of Ukraine

According to Articles 7, of 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", article 38 of the Law of Ukraine "About payment services", article 6 of the Law of Ukraine "About National Archive Fund and archive organizations", for the purpose of enhancement of systematization and document storage, the organizations of archiving and work with documents in bank system of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Approve Changes in Rules of application of the list of the documents which are formed in activities of the National Bank of Ukraine and banks of Ukraine, the approved resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of November 27, 2018 No. 130 (with changes) which are attached.

2. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the vice-chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine Yaroslav Matuzka.

3. The resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2023.
