About approval of standard form of the Declaration on condition of fire safety and the Instruction for filling of the Declaration on condition of fire safety

According to Art. 11-1 of the item (2) the Law No. 267/1994 on fire safety and the item of 15 subitems 14) of Regulations on the organization and activities of the General inspectorate for emergency situations approved by the Order of the Government No. 137/2019, I ORDER:

1. Approve:

1) standard form of the Declaration on condition of fire safety, according to appendix No. 1;

2) the Instruction for filling of the Declaration on condition of fire safety, according to appendix No. 2.

2. Publish this order in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official site of the General inspectorate on emergency situations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Moldova.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy chief Inspektorat, the colonel of internal service Anatoly Vinichuk.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
