According to Item 10 parts one, Item of 1 part five, part six of Article 12 and part five of article 51 of the Law of Ukraine "About system of guaranteeing household deposits" the Executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits solved:

1. Approve Regulations on provision in real estate lease of bank which liquidation procedure is performed by Fund of guaranteeing household deposits by way of carrying out open tenderings (auctions) it (is applied).

2. Make to the section I Regulations on lease of the property of insolvent banks approved by the decision of executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of February 15, 2018 No. 465, No. 313/31765, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 15, 2018 the following changes:

1) to add Item 1 after words "Fund of guaranteeing household deposits" with words "(further - Fund)";

Item 2 to state 2) in the following edition:

"2. This Provision determines procedure for transfer to lease:

property of bank in which the temporary administration according to the Law of Ukraine "About system of guaranteeing household deposits" is entered;
