About introduction of amendments to some orders in the field of culture

1. Approve the list of some orders in the field of culture to which changes, according to appendix to this order are made.

2. To provide to committee of culture of the Ministry of Culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within three working days after its enforcement placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) within three working days after execution of the actions provided by this Item, submission to Department of legal service of the Ministry of Culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of actions.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister for Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

The list of some orders in the field of culture to which changes are made

1. For receipt of the state service the head of collective of amateur performances (further – the head of collective) submits the application for assignment of rank "National" or "Exemplary" to collective of amateur performances in form according to appendix 2 to these rules with application of documents, specified in Item 8 (further – the request) the List to office of local executive body or through the web portal of "the electronic government" www.egov.kz, www.elicense.kz (further – the portal).";

"18. The employee of office of local executive body performs acceptance, registration of the request and gives her to the head of local executive body for determination of the executive in charge in day of its receipt.
