2. Enact this resolution since June 1, 2006.

3. Determine that specialized products of individual use for disabled people according to the approved list are delivered annually within the allocated budgetary funds for the State company the prosthetic and orthopedic plants in the city of Dushanbe of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Tajikistan.
