2. Determine that specialized products and means of individual use for disabled people according to the approved List are delivered annually within the allocated budgetary funds for organizations of system of the Ministry of Health and Social Protection of the Republic of Tajikistan.

3. Enact this resolution since April 1, 2013.

4. Recognize invalid the following orders of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan:

- of October 3, 2006, No. 463 "About approval of the List of specialized products of individual use for disabled people whose delivery and import are tax-exempt on value added";

- of July 1, 2010, No. 346 "About modification and amendments in the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of October 3, 2006, No. 463";
