About some questions on implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 2, 2023 No. 80 "About measures for further enhancement of system of public administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan"

The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Rename:

1) republican public institutions according to appendix 1 to this resolution;

2) republican legal entities according to appendix 2 to this resolution;

3) the organizations which are under authority of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its departments according to appendix 3 to this resolution.

2. Approve the enclosed changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan to transfer in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to Committee of geology of the Ministry of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan rights of possession and uses of the state blocks of shares of National Geological Service joint-stock company.

4. To the ministry of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan to take other measures following from this resolution.

5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
