About some questions of Judicial administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan
For the purpose of ensuring functioning of new system of judicial administration and implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 8, 2022 "About measures for upgrade of judicial administration" I DECIDE No. 1002:
1. Approve enclosed:
1) Regulations on Judicial administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) changes and additions which are made to some presidential decrees of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. Rename public institutions – territorial subdivisions (administrators of courts) in areas, the capital and the cities of republican value according to appendix 1 to this Decree.
3. Recognize invalid some presidential decrees of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix 2 to this Decree.
4. Judicial administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to take the measures following from this Decree.
5. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its signing.
